Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Psychology teacher to take on a leadership role in a secondary school in Coventry. This position involves teaching GCSE and A-Level Psychology while also contributing to the development of the subject through a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) role . The Role: Teach Psychology at KS4 and KS5 , delivering an engaging and research-led curriculum. Take on leadership responsibilities , supporting curriculum development and mentoring colleagues. Use real-world examples to help students understand key psychological theories and research methods. Inspire and challenge students to think critically and apply psychological concepts. The Ideal Candidate: Holds QTS with a strong academic background in Psychology. Experience teaching GCSE and A-Level Psychology , with a proven track record of success. Passionate about curriculum development and supporting departmental growth . Strong leadership and communication skills, eager to mentor and collaborate with colleagues.
