About the Role: Deliver engaging and challenging History lessons across Key Stages 3-5, including GCSE and A-Level History. Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that incorporate primary source analysis, historical debates, and independent research projects. Assess student progress through essays, presentations, source analyses, and examinations, providing detailed and insightful feedback to support their historical understanding. Contribute to the development of the history curriculum and participate in extracurricular history clubs and trips. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in History, with a strong academic background in the subject. Extensive experience teaching History at the secondary level, including GCSE and A-Level. A deep understanding of historical methodologies and the ability to inspire a love of history in students. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
