The Role As an ECT, you will: Plan and deliver exciting and engaging lessons tailored to KS1 or KS2 students. Engage in professional development and take advantage of excellent mentoring opportunities. What We’re Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Passion for teaching in KS1 or KS2 and a commitment to inspiring young learners. A solid understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents. A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to classroom teaching. A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.
