Job description
SENCO – Progressive Secondary School – High Wycombe – September Start Location: High Wycombe | Contract: Full-Time, Permanent | Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance A progressive and inclusive secondary school in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced and dedicated SENCO to lead their SEN provision this September. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about creating an inclusive environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff in best practice for inclusive education. Who We’re Looking For: An experienced SENCO with the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete it). A passionate advocate for inclusive education and SEN. Strong leadership and communication skills. Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
