The Opportunity & School Profile A fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Physics Teacher to complete their induction at this Outstanding secondary school with state-of-the-art laboratory facilities. The role focuses on delivering General Science at Key Stage 3 and specialising in Physics at GCSE, supported by an intensive mentorship scheme. Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope General Science: Instructing all three Sciences at Key Stage 3. Physics Focus: Specialising in Physics at Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only. Practical Skills: Fostering strong experimental skills and ensuring safe, innovative practical delivery. Compensation & Benefits Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in Physics or a Physical Science. Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS). Support: Bespoke ECT induction and mentoring programme and a generous professional development allowance.
