The Role As a SEN Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of students with special educational needs. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience or a strong passion for teaching students with special educational needs. A solid understanding of the National Curriculum and effective strategies for supporting SEN students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents. A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to classroom teaching. A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.
