Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons to students from KS3 to KS5, fostering a deep understanding of mathematical concepts. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help students improve and reach their full potential. Develop and implement a variety of teaching resources and strategies to cater to the diverse needs of all learners. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported. Contribute to the development of the Maths Department, sharing ideas for curriculum improvement and opportunities to extend students' mathematical learning. Promote a love for Maths, encouraging students to appreciate its real-world applications and its importance in a wide range of fields. About You: To be considered for this role, you will need: A degree in Mathematics or a related subject. A formal teaching qualification with QTS (PGCE or equivalent). Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS5, with a passion for inspiring students to reach their full potential. Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
