Job description
Are you an experienced and strategic School Business Manager ready for an impactful leadership role? A respected secondary school in Nottinghamshire is recruiting a School Business Manager to oversee finance, HR, administration and site operations beginning January 2026 . About the Role: This full-time, permanent position includes financial planning, HR oversight, compliance management, health & safety leadership, contract management and supervision of administrative and site teams. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure smooth operational performance. About the School: The school is known for high academic standards, excellent behaviour, strong pastoral systems and a professional staff culture. The Business Manager is a critical member of the leadership structure and will be supported by experienced admin and finance teams.
