Job description
School Status & Location Sector: Outstanding Ofsted Secondary Academy. Borough: Haringey (Inner London, England). Start Date: Permanent, full-time role commencing ASAP. The Opportunity & School Profile Join a high-achieving MFL department. Our ECT support specializes in intercultural communication, helping you develop innovative ways to build student confidence in target-language interaction while supporting your own transition into full-time teaching. Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope Linguistic Fluency: Instructing Spanish across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only. Cultural Literacy: Engaging students with the culture and traditions of Spanish-speaking countries. Induction Journey: Working through the school’s bespoke "New Teacher" workshops and coaching cycle. Compensation & Benefits Essential Requirements: Hold QTS. Relevant Degree in Spanish. Salary: Paid on the Teachers' Pay Scale with Inner London weighting. Support: Small class sizes and a dedicated MFL mentor to assist with curriculum planning.
