Job description
Maths Teacher – Highly regarded co-educational independent school – Birmingham An outstanding independent school in Birmingham is seeking an exceptional Mathematics Teacher to join its high-performing Mathematics faculty from January 2026. This is a full-time, permanent post in a school known for academic rigour, student ambition and rich co-curricular life. Maths Teacher required full-time from January 2026 Independent day school with excellent facilities and university-level stretch Potential to teach up to A-Level and support Oxbridge preparation You will teach Mathematics across KS3, GCSE and A-Level depending on your experience, with ample opportunity to deliver enrichment beyond the classroom – from Maths Olympiads and UKMT to STEP and MAT preparation. The department is collegial, intellectually vibrant, and committed to cultivating depth and problem-solving confidence in all pupils. Experience and Qualifications Qualified Maths Teacher with QTS or equivalent Experience teaching high-attaining learners and delivering stretch & challenge Strong subject knowledge and commitment to research-informed practice Legal right to work in the UK School Information This Birmingham-based independent school is known for its academic results, exceptional pastoral support and commitment to holistic education.
