About the School The school has a strong community atmosphere and prides itself on professionalism, excellent communication, and high-quality support services. Key Responsibilities Greeting visitors, staff, and students with a warm and professional manner. Managing the reception area, visitor sign-in, and safeguarding checks. Answering phone calls, emails, and handling day-to-day enquiries. Supporting admin duties including letters, filing, and data entry. Coordinating deliveries and supporting general office operations. Requirements Previous reception or customer-service experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong IT competency and organisational ability.
