What You’ll Be Doing ✔️ Carrying out inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Trailers. ✔️ Lead by example on the tools, supporting the team with diagnostics, repairs, job quality and productivity across the workshop. ✔️ Oversee day-to-day workflow in the bay, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to TIP standards with minimal downtime. ✔️ Support and mentor technicians/apprentices, helping with technical guidance, problem-solving, and maintaining high workshop standards. ✔️ Working closely with a team that’s hands-on, supportive, and values your input ✔️ Keeping our fleet road-ready and safe for the long haul What You’ll Bring ✔️ Mechanical experience (trailers, HGVs, or similar) ✔️ A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership in your work ✔️ A good sense of humour – we work hard, but we like a laugh too Why TIP?
