Job description
Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive School Administrator to join a high-achieving secondary school in Cambridge . This is a full-time, permanent role starting in January 2026 , offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and professional school office environment. School Administrator required full-time, permanent Outstanding secondary school in Cambridge Friendly and efficient administrative team Excellent facilities and supportive senior leadership The successful School Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the school office, ensuring smooth communication, accurate record-keeping, and professional support for staff, students, and parents. Experience and Qualifications Previous experience as a School Administrator or in a similar office-based role Strong IT and organisational skills (SIMS/Arbor experience desirable) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Legal right to work in the UK School Information This outstanding 11–18 school in Cambridge has a reputation for academic excellence and strong pastoral care.
