Role: Geography Teacher As a Geography Teacher , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and engage students in their study of geography. You will support students in developing a well-rounded understanding of physical and human geography, and environmental issues. Your role will include: As a Geography Teacher , you should be planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and meaningful Geography lessons to students of various age groups (KS3, KS4). Encouraging students to apply geographical analysis and critical thinking skills in various contexts. Collaborating with other members of staff to ensure the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Geography. Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment within the Geography department. As a qualified Geography Teacher , you will be expected to attend departmental meetings. Key Qualities We Are Looking For: A strong passion for Geography and a desire to support students' geographical understanding. A recognized teaching qualification in Geography, or equivalent. Experience in teaching Geography to secondary-aged students is highly desirable. A passion for developing young people academically and critically. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a stimulating and collaborative team.
