Job description
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and academically strong Science ECT to join an Outstanding secondary school in Luton from January . This is an excellent opportunity to begin your teaching career within a supportive, well-resourced and high-performing Science department. As a Science ECT , you will deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across KS3–KS4 , with opportunities to gradually take on KS5 teaching as you progress. The successful candidate will receive exceptional mentoring and a fully structured induction programme. Experience and Qualifications Degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry or Physics) PGCE with QTS Training to teach KS3–KS4 Strong subject knowledge and practical science understanding Commitment to student progress and ongoing professional development Salary Paid to scale in line with MPS1 .
