Job description
A community-focused secondary school in Market Drayton is seeking an enthusiastic Drama ECT to join its Creative Arts faculty from January 2026 . The Role You will teach Drama across KS3 and KS4 , delivering practical, engaging lessons that develop confidence, creativity and collaboration. Drama is valued within the school, with strong student engagement and opportunities for performance-based enrichment. ECT Development As an Early Career Teacher, you will receive: Reduced timetable and structured induction Mentoring from experienced Creative Arts staff Joint planning and shared schemes of work Gradual involvement in productions and enrichment The School This Good school is known for its supportive culture, strong staff relationships and commitment to the arts.
