Join a fast‑growing, specialist underwriting team shaping the future of UK agriculture. We’re looking for an experienced Farm Underwriter to join our team in our Harrogate office. If you thrive in a dynamic trading environment, have solid experience underwriting farm risks, and enjoy building strong broker relationships, we want to hear from you. Geo Agriculture is a dynamic and fast-growing specialist underwriting business. What you will do as a Farm Underwriter: Underwrite and administer risks across new business, renewals and midterm adjustments within Delegated Underwriting Authority limits. Produce accurate, compliant documentation across all stages of the underwriting process. Demonstrate proactive follow‑up on risks and maintain a high standard of technical decision-making. Develop and enhance your technical skills, continuously progressing your underwriting licence and product knowledge. Deliver high‑quality underwriting in line with our Quality Control framework. Trade confidently and effectively to meet productivity goals. Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Contribute positively to ongoing business development, growth, and change initiatives. Ensure all activities meet Group business standards, service standards, and regulatory requirements. What we are looking for in a Farm Underwriter: We are specifically seeking an experienced Underwriter with Farm Underwriting experience.
