Science Teacher – Full-Time Role in Nottingham – Inspire Future Scientists About the School Our client is a high-achieving secondary school in Nottingham, dedicated to providing a stimulating environment where students are encouraged to excel academically and personally. With excellent resources and a supportive community, we offer an environment where students can grow in both knowledge and confidence. About the Science Teacher Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Science Teacher to join our dynamic Science department. You will teach Science at Key Stage 3 and 4, inspiring students with your subject knowledge and passion for the sciences. Responsibilities of the Science Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons that foster curiosity and understanding. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to aid their development. Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum and innovative teaching practices. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages scientific exploration. Participate in extracurricular activities related to Science, such as clubs, events, or science fairs. Qualifications and Experience: A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS). A degree in Science or a related field.
