Job description
Business Teacher required to start in September Outstanding School in Redditch Join a highly successful and well-resourced Business department Full-time role MPS/UPS Salary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Business Teacher to join our Outstanding school in Redditch. The successful candidate will teach Business at both GCSE and A-Level and will become an integral part of a dynamic and supportive Business department. Whether you are an experienced Business teacher or an ECT, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop within a high-achieving and collaborative school environment. School Information The school has been rated Outstanding in all areas by Ofsted, with a strong reputation for academic achievement and student wellbeing. The school is easily accessible by public transport and boasts a positive, hardworking student body with excellent behavior. Experience and Qualifications A degree in Business or a related field A teaching qualification with QTS Ability to teach Business at KS4 and KS5 (GCSE and A-Level) Passionate about delivering engaging Business lessons and helping students achieve their best Specific Responsibilities Planning and delivering lessons that engage and challenge students Assessing and recording student progress Maintaining a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment Encouraging students’ development both academically and personally Building strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents Salary The salary will be paid in line with the teacher pay scale (MPS / UPS).
