A highly-regarded Independent School in Colchester is looking to appoint an ambitious, forward-thinking, and inspiring Head of Science to lead their successful Science faculty from January . This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Science Teacher, current Second-in-Department, or existing Head of Science looking to take the next step in a nurturing yet academically aspirational school environment. About the Role The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and operational leadership across the Biology, Chemistry and Physics departments, whilst also contributing to teaching within their own specialist subject up to KS5 . You will play a key role in shaping curriculum development, assessment strategies, departmental pedagogy, and enrichment opportunities, ensuring that Science continues to be a high-performing and well-respected faculty within the school.
