An established and highly regarded independent school in Wembley is seeking to appoint a skilled and reliable Science Technician to join its successful and well-resourced Science Department. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a school community that values academic excellence, precision and high standards of practical learning. The Opportunity The Science Department is a central pillar of the school’s academic success, delivering strong outcomes at GCSE and A Level across Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Practical work is embedded within the curriculum, and the Science Technician plays a vital role in ensuring that lessons are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, setting up and clearing away practical experiments across all three science disciplines. You will maintain laboratory equipment, monitor stock levels, order materials and ensure that resources are readily available to support effective teaching.
