Your Role as a Maths Teacher: 🔹 Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons for students with a range of abilities and learning styles. 🔹 Develop individualised learning plans to support students with additional needs and enhance their mathematical understanding. 🔹 Use a variety of creative teaching methods to make maths accessible and exciting for all students. 🔹 Track and assess student progress , ensuring tailored interventions to help students achieve their full potential. 🔹 Collaborate closely with the SEN team and colleagues to provide holistic support for students’ academic and personal development. 🔹 Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel encouraged and empowered. 🔹 Build strong relationships with students, parents, and carers to ensure continued progress and success. Who We’re Looking For: ✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Maths specialism preferred. ✅ Experience teaching Maths at secondary level, ideally in a specialist or SEN setting . ✅ A solid understanding of differentiation , individualised learning , and inclusive teaching practices . ✅ Creative, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching, with a focus on building confidence in students. ✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. ✅ An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
