A solid understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents. A proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to classroom teaching. A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.
