Job description
Location: Leeds Start Date: January 2026 Salary: MPS (ECT scale) An Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Leeds is seeking a Psychology ECT to join its successful Sixth Form team. About the Role This full-time, permanent position focuses on teaching Psychology at KS5, with support in planning, assessment and delivery. Psychology is a popular subject, and the department offers excellent guidance for new teachers. The role includes a comprehensive ECT programme with mentoring, observation opportunities and protected development time. The School The school has approximately 1,300 students and is recognised for its inclusive ethos, strong leadership and excellent student outcomes. Staff benefit from modern facilities, specialist classrooms and a collaborative professional culture.
