Job description
Our ambitious school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Education Teacher to join our energetic school and well-resourced Physical Education department. We are keen to hear from Physical Education Teachers who are excellent practitioners and passionate about inspiring a love for physical activity and healthy lifestyles. If you are a dedicated Physical Education educator looking to make a real difference, this Physical Education Teacher role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with enthusiastic students. Join our committed Physical Education team and contribute to the ongoing success of Physical Education at our school. Location: Ealing Role: Physical Education Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent) Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and challenging Physical Education lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially BTEC Sport). Inspire students to develop a deep understanding of physical fitness, sportsmanship, and healthy living within Physical Education . Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Physical Education curriculum. Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Physical Education . Contribute to the organisation and delivery of extracurricular sports clubs and school sporting events within Physical Education . We Offer: Competitive London-based salary. Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Physical Education . Degree in Physical Education , Sports Science, or a related field. Proven experience teaching Physical Education at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply), with experience delivering BTEC Sport being advantageous. Strong knowledge of various sports, fitness principles, and healthy lifestyles relevant to Physical Education . Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students in Physical Education . A passion for promoting physical activity and a healthy lifestyle through Physical Education .
