Are you a passionate and ambitious Drama Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for the perfect school to launch your teaching career? Your Responsibilities As a Drama ECT, you will: Plan and deliver engaging and interactive Drama lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. Work closely with your mentor to refine your teaching practice and receive constructive feedback. Encourage students to explore performance, script work, and improvisation, building confidence and creativity. Play a key role in school productions, theatre trips, and extracurricular drama activities. Foster a love of the performing arts and help students develop vital communication and teamwork skills. Who We Are Looking For A passionate and committed Drama graduate with QTS (or working towards it). Someone who thrives on creativity and can inspire students to express themselves through theatre. A team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. An ECT eager to develop professionally and take an active role in the school’s vibrant drama community.
