Your Responsibilities As a Drama ECT, you will: Plan and deliver engaging and interactive Drama lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. Work closely with your mentor to refine your teaching practice and receive constructive feedback. Encourage students to explore performance, script work, and improvisation, building confidence and creativity. Play a key role in school productions, theatre trips, and extracurricular drama activities. Foster a love of the performing arts and help students develop vital communication and teamwork skills.
