Job description
We are seeking a highly organised and professional School Administrator to join a well-established secondary school in Southwark as soon as possible. This is a full-time opportunity within a supportive and high-performing school environment. School Administrator required on a full-time basis Outstanding School in Southwark Supportive and experienced administrative team ASAP start About the Role As a School Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient running of the school office. You will work closely with leadership, teaching staff, students, and parents to provide comprehensive administrative support. Key responsibilities include: • Managing emails, calls, and general enquiries • Maintaining accurate student records and databases • Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting • Assisting with school events and administrative procedures • Providing general office support to senior staff Experience and Qualifications • Previous administrative experience (school-based desirable) • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office • Excellent organisational and communication skills • Professional, proactive, and reliable approach • Legal right to work in the UK School Information This Outstanding school in Southwark is recognised for strong academic outcomes, excellent behaviour, and a positive working culture.
