Physics ECT – Thriving Secondary School – High Wycombe – September Start Location: High Wycombe | Contract: Full-Time, Permanent | Salary: MPS A high-achieving secondary school in High Wycombe is seeking an enthusiastic Early Careers Teacher (ECT) of Physics to join their dynamic Science department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a new teacher to develop their skills and experience in a school that values high academic achievement and personal growth. Your Role as Physics Teacher (ECT): • Teach Physics to students across KS3 and KS4, providing engaging lessons that ignite students' curiosity about the subject. • Incorporate hands-on experiments and demonstrations to help students understand key concepts in Physics. • Provide students with the support they need for their GCSE exam preparation and coursework. • Foster an appreciation for Physics and its real-world applications, encouraging students to pursue further study in the sciences. Who We’re Looking For: • A recent graduate or ECT with a passion for Physics and teaching. • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible way. • A positive, enthusiastic, and engaging teaching style. • Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
