Your Role & Responsibilities - Planning & Delivering Engaging Lessons – Teach stimulating and creative lessons tailored to meet the needs of Year 1 pupils. - Job-Share Collaboration – Work closely with your job-share partner to ensure a seamless transition between teaching days. - Supporting Student Progress – Assess, track, and provide feedback on student progress, ensuring every child reaches their full potential. - Creating a Positive Learning Environment – Foster a warm, nurturing, and inclusive classroom where children feel confident and excited to learn. - Building Strong Partnerships – Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership to support student development. What We’re Looking For We are seeking a teacher who: - Has a passion for Early Years & KS1 – A dedicated and engaging teacher who understands the unique needs of young learners. - Is an excellent communicator – Strong collaboration skills to ensure a smooth and effective job-share partnership. - Has relevant teaching experience – Previous experience in Year 1 or a solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum. - Is flexible and adaptable – Able to work part-time while delivering high-quality lessons and continuity for students . - Is committed to pupil progress – Passionate about creating an inspiring learning experience where children can thrive.
