About the Role: Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and potentially A-Level, with a focus on Physics. Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that incorporate practical investigations, data analysis, and real-world applications of physics principles. Assess student progress through lab reports, presentations, and examinations, providing detailed and constructive feedback. Contribute to the development of the science curriculum and potentially supervise student research projects. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Science with a strong background and specialism in Physics. A thorough understanding of the secondary science curriculum, including A-Level Physics is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex physics concepts clearly and engagingly. Strong practical skills and experience in laboratory work.
