Role Highlights: Teach engaging Science lessons to KS3 and KS4 students Differentiate and adapt the curriculum to meet the specific needs of students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges Build positive relationships with students to foster trust, respect, and engagement in learning Work alongside a dedicated team of staff, including SEN professionals, to provide holistic support for students Encourage students’ academic and personal growth through tailored teaching strategies Contribute to the inclusive and supportive ethos of the alternative provision Experience & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 A passion for working with students who may have additional needs, including SEMH Strong behavior management skills and a patient, empathetic approach Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for students with diverse needs Enhanced DBS check required Why Join Us?
