You will create a nurturing classroom environment where children feel confident to explore, ask questions, and develop a love of learning. Differentiation and inclusion will be central to your role, ensuring that all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL, can access the curriculum and achieve their potential. You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to provide a holistic and supportive approach to education.
