We Are Looking For: A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) . A proven track record as an excellent Design and Technology Teacher with experience teaching a specialism to at least Key Stage 4 (GCSE) . Proficiency with relevant workshop machinery and/or CAD/CAM technology. A genuine passion for design, making, and the ability to inspire students of all abilities. The drive to uphold and contribute to the academy’s Outstanding standards. Salary and Benefits Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers. The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Inner London Pay Scale (The Inner London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately £40,317 as of September 2025).
