Job description
Are you an ambitious and passionate Business Teacher seeking a rewarding role in a leading independent school? A highly regarded school in Bath is looking to appoint a talented Business Teacher to join their thriving department from January 2026. About the Business Department: The Business Department is a dynamic and well-established team committed to delivering an engaging curriculum. Students consistently achieve excellent outcomes at both GCSE and A Level, reflecting the high standards of teaching and learning within the department. Teachers are supported with strong professional development opportunities and encouraged to bring creativity and innovation into their practice. Responsibilities: • Teach Business across KS4 and KS5. • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that promote independent learning. • Assess, track, and monitor student progress effectively. • Contribute to curriculum planning, enrichment, and departmental initiatives. Qualifications and Experience: • Degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject. • PGCE or QTS (or equivalent). • Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5 (including PGCE placements). • ECTs are encouraged to apply.
