Are you an ambitious KS1 Teacher looking for a Full-Time role from January 2026? A welcoming Good primary school in Cambridgeshire is recruiting a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join its KS1 phase from January 2026. This Full-Time KS1 Teacher role is ideal for a practitioner who loves early reading, phonics and building strong foundations for lifelong learning beginning in January 2026. *** KS1 Teacher Cambridgeshire *** KS1 Teacher January 2026 Start *** KS1 Teacher Full-Time permanent post The school and the KS1 Teacher role This village/borough Good school provides a calm, ambitious environment and excellent pastoral support. The appointed KS1 Teacher will be expected to deliver high quality, differentiated lessons and to lead daily phonics sessions as the KS1 Teacher. From January 2026, the KS1 Teacher will receive a tailored induction and access to targeted CPD. The Full-Time KS1 Teacher will work alongside experienced teaching assistants and phase leaders to ensure every child makes strong progress from January 2026. KS1 Teacher — core accountabilities • Deliver effective, inspiring KS1 lessons as the KS1 Teacher and secure consistently good progress. • Lead phonics and guided reading as the KS1 Teacher, using assessment to target support. • Communicate progress with parents and run workshops as the KS1 Teacher. • Collaborate on curriculum planning and assessment moderation as the KS1 Teacher from January 2026. KS1 Teacher — candidate profile We seek a KS1 Teacher with QTS and recent KS1 experience. The ideal KS1 Teacher will demonstrate excellent phonics practice, calm behaviour management and a nurturing classroom presence. The KS1 Teacher should be prepared to begin pre-term planning and induction before January 2026, and to teach as a Full-Time KS1 Teacher from January 2026 onward. This Full-Time KS1 Teacher vacancy starts January 2026. Induction sessions are scheduled in January 2026 and mentoring continues after January 2026 to ensure the KS1 Teacher is supported and successful.
