An exceptional independent school in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire is seeking a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher to join their team starting in January 2026. KS2 Teacher Responsibilities · Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons for KS2 pupils. · Use a range of teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners. · Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support. · Contribute to the ongoing development of the KS2 curriculum and school initiatives. · Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. · Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. · Participate actively in school life, including co-curricular activities and events. KS2 Teacher Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related subject. · Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. · Demonstrated experience teaching Key Stage 2 in a primary setting. · Sound understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment practices. · Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. · Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice. · Enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for inspiring young learners.
