About the Role The appointed teacher will deliver Psychology and Sociology across KS4 and KS5 , helping students develop analytical, evaluative, and critical thinking skills while encouraging them to engage with current issues and social debates. Lessons will integrate research methods, contemporary case studies, and real-world applications, preparing students for success in examinations and higher education. You will join a collaborative and supportive department that values creativity, academic rigour, and reflective teaching. The faculty promotes cross-curricular enrichment, often partnering with departments such as English, Philosophy, and Politics to broaden student perspectives.
