Job description
A highly regarded and well-established secondary school in Salisbury is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Food Technology Teacher to join its successful Design & Technology Department. This is an excellent opportunity to teach in a school with strong academic standards, positive behaviour, and a supportive staff culture. Food Technology Teacher required Highly regarded secondary school based in Salisbury Well-resourced and supportive DT department The role involves teaching Food Technology across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to contribute to KS5 depending on experience. You will deliver engaging practical and theory-based lessons, promote safe working practices, and support students in developing strong technical, nutritional, and life skills. Experience and Qualifications QTS and a degree in Food Technology, Hospitality, Nutrition, or a related subject Experience teaching Food Technology at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable) Strong knowledge of food safety, nutrition, and practical assessment Ability to maintain high standards in a practical learning environment A positive, organised, and student-focused teaching approach School Information This Salisbury-based school is well known for its strong leadership, respectful learning environment, and commitment to high-quality teaching.
