Job description
A respected and dynamic primary school in Wandsworth is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join their Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The school is flexible regarding working hours and contract terms, offering both full-time and part-time options, as well as fixed-term or permanent contracts. The school is also open to adjusting the start date to accommodate the right candidate. Position Overview Role : Senior Leadership Team (SLT) Member Location : Wandsworth Contract : Full-Time/Part-Time, Fixed-Term/Permanent Start Date : Flexible Key Responsibilities Lead and drive strategic initiatives that enhance the overall performance and direction of the school. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the effective implementation of school policies and objectives. Oversee key areas of the school’s operation, ensuring alignment with the school’s vision and values. Provide leadership in areas such as curriculum development, staff development, and student welfare. Engage with parents, carers, and the wider community to ensure strong partnerships that benefit student achievement. Foster a positive and supportive school culture that promotes both academic excellence and personal development. Why This School?
