Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and inspiring KS2 Teacher to join an Outstanding School in St Albans from January 2026 . This is a Full-Time KS2 Teacher role where you will be part of a high-achieving and supportive environment that is committed to academic success and pupil well-being. The School This Outstanding-rated school in St Albans is known for its innovative teaching methods, excellent behaviour, and inclusive ethos. The leadership team is highly supportive, with a strong track record of professional development and career progression for its staff. Pupils benefit from a creative and balanced curriculum, as well as excellent extracurricular opportunities. From January 2026 , the successful Full-Time KS2 Teacher will play a key role in delivering outstanding learning experiences across Key Stage 2. The KS2 Teacher Role Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons across KS2. Inspire pupils through engaging teaching and effective classroom management. Monitor and assess pupil progress, ensuring all children are supported and challenged. Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an ambitious and innovative curriculum. Contribute actively to extracurricular activities and the wider school community. Requirements QTS with proven experience in Key Stage 2. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. Ability to motivate, challenge, and support children of all abilities.
