Are you an experienced and imaginative Year 4 Teacher looking for a Full-Time role from January 2026? A progressive Harrow primary is recruiting a Year 4 Teacher to join its KS2 phase. The successful Year 4 Teacher will join planning before January 2026, attend induction in January 2026, and teach from January 2026 as the Year 4 Teacher. This Full-Time Year 4 Teacher position offers scope to lead curriculum innovation, enrichment and assessment practice. *** Year 4 Teacher Harrow *** Year 4 Teacher January 2026 start *** Year 4 Teacher Full-Time role Role summary - Year 4 Teacher The Year 4 Teacher will design coherent maths and English sequences as the Year 4 Teacher, embed vocabulary development and reasoning as the Year 4 Teacher, and lead cross-curricular projects as the Year 4 Teacher. The Year 4 Teacher will run interventions, coordinate trips and present pupil progress in termly reviews following January 2026. The Year 4 Teacher will prepare schemes before January 2026 and implement them from January 2026. Professional development - Year 4 Teacher This role offers coaching, subject mentoring and routes into leadership for the Year 4 Teacher. From induction in January 2026 the Year 4 Teacher will join CPD cycles and receive regular feedback via a coaching cycle. The Year 4 Teacher will have opportunities to lead whole-school initiatives after the January 2026 start. Person specification - Year 4 Teacher We are seeking a Year 4 Teacher with QTS, strong KS2 classroom impact and a reflective approach to teaching. The Year 4 Teacher must be available for pre-term planning prior to January 2026, induction in January 2026, and to teach from January 2026 as the Full-Time Year 4 Teacher.
