Our client is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join a high-performing Grammar School near Cheltenham, renowned for its academic excellence, strong pastoral ethos, and vibrant co-curricular life. • Full-time Drama Teacher required from January 2026 • High-achieving Grammar School near Cheltenham • Excellent opportunity to teach in a creative, supportive, and academically focused environment This is an exceptional opportunity for a Drama Teacher to join a dynamic and ambitious Performing Arts Department within a Grammar School where students are motivated, engaged, and eager to explore performance, creativity, and theatrical expression. The department is well-resourced, offering a dedicated drama studio, lighting and sound equipment, rehearsal spaces, and strong support for productions, workshops, and co-curricular performances. Experience and Qualifications • Qualified Drama Teacher with strong subject knowledge and performance expertise • Passionate about theatrical performance, directing, devising, and developing student confidence • Ability to teach Drama across KS3–KS5 (A-Level experience desirable) • QTS, PGCE, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification • Commitment to high-quality teaching, creativity, and collaborative practice • Excellent communication skills and a dedication to supporting student growth • Eligibility to work in the UK School Information This respected Grammar School near Cheltenham is celebrated for its strong academic tradition, aspirational culture, and commitment to developing confident, articulate, and creative young people.
