Job description
A busy and successful secondary school in Kidderminster is seeking a highly organised School Administrator to join its central office team from January 2026. The school is proud of its professional and welcoming atmosphere, offering excellent facilities and a strong sense of community. The Role You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office, providing administrative support to senior staff, teachers, parents and students. Key Responsibilities Manage correspondence, calls and enquiries in a professional manner Support attendance and admissions administration Maintain student records and update the school management system (SIMS) Assist with event planning, communications and reporting About You Previous experience in a school or busy administrative environment Strong IT and data management skills (SIMS experience an advantage) Professional, calm and adaptable approach Excellent organisation and communication skills Why Join?
