Your Role as Science Teacher: 🔹 Teach Engaging Science Lessons – Deliver dynamic lessons in biology, chemistry, physics, or general science. 🔹 Promote Scientific Inquiry – Encourage students to explore and experiment through practical activities. 🔹 Support Student Progress – Monitor and assess students’ progress and offer constructive feedback. 🔹 Collaborate Across Departments – Work with other subject areas to support cross-curricular learning. Who We’re Looking For: ✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching science, preferably in an independent school setting. ✅ Passionate About Science – A love for science with the ability to make the subject engaging and accessible for students. ✅ Skilled in Multiple Disciplines – A strong background in teaching biology, chemistry, and/or physics. ✅ Innovative & Hands-On – A creative teaching style that encourages scientific inquiry and experimentation. ✅ Empathetic & Supportive – A patient and nurturing teaching style that supports students in their scientific development. ✅ Strong Communication Skills – The ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and parents. ✅ An Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
