About the School A high-performing 11–18 academy in Dorchester is seeking a dynamic Science Teacher to join its award-winning Science Faculty. Recognised as an Outstanding school by Ofsted, it delivers exceptional outcomes through a culture of inquiry, independence, and intellectual curiosity. The school works in partnership with several universities and STEM organisations, supporting a curriculum grounded in research-based pedagogy and hands-on experimentation. Its Science Department has been nationally commended for innovative teaching, with students frequently achieving top grades at GCSE and A-Level. About the Role This is a full-time, permanent position teaching Science across KS3–KS5, with flexibility to focus on Biology, Chemistry, or Physics. The successful candidate will join a team of passionate educators who regularly collaborate on curriculum enrichment and student mentorship.
