Job description
A large, well-organised 11–18 secondary school in Worcester is seeking a professional and proactive School Administrator to join its busy main office from January 2026 . This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. About the Role You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the school, working closely with senior staff, pastoral teams and external stakeholders. Daily duties include: Managing reception enquiries and acting as a first point of contact for parents and visitors Maintaining accurate student records using SIMS/Arbor Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting Preparing documents, letters and data packs for staff Providing admin support for events, meetings and school communications About the School The school is known for its strong pastoral ethos, high expectations and excellent relationships between staff and students.
