Job description
Are you an energetic Drama Teacher looking for a supportive school? A celebrated school in Slough is searching for a passionate Drama Teacher to join the Performing Arts department. Job Overview Our client is recruiting for a Drama Teacher starting as soon as possible. The school is a co-educational school with an excellent rapport. The Drama Teacher is expected to teach Drama from KS3 to KS5 to the high-achieving and well-behaved student body. The School The school fosters excellence in both academic results and extracurricular activities, while simultaneously promoting staff well-being. Staff at the school benefit from an exceptional cultural programme, free gym membership, many invitations to social events and coffee Fridays. The Drama department goes above and beyond to create an exciting educational experience for its students. The Drama department often hosts guest speakers who will bring a unique perspective to challenging topics. The Drama Teachers also host trips both domestically and internationally, which fosters an interactive learning environment. Drama Teacher Experience and Qualifications Educated to degree level in Drama A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE) Legal ability to work within the UK Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills Excellent Drama subject knowledge Displayed passion for Drama Application To be considered for this Drama Teacher position, please submit your CV as soon as possible.
