School Administrator – Girls’ Secondary School in Croydon (January Start) Location: Croydon Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale A welcoming girls’ secondary school in Croydon is looking to appoint a professional and efficient School Administrator to join its busy front office team from January. About the School The school is known for its supportive culture, strong communication with families, and well-organised administrative systems. The administration team plays a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the school. The Role • Provide general administrative support to staff and senior leaders. • Maintain accurate student records and databases. • Manage incoming calls, emails, and parent enquiries. • Support attendance, admissions, and examination administration. • Assist with safeguarding and compliance documentation. Requirements • Previous administrative experience (school-based experience desirable). • Excellent organisational and communication skills. • Confident using Microsoft Office and school management systems. • Friendly, professional, and able to manage competing priorities.
