Job description
Site Manager – Co-Educational Grammar School – Kingston Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive A prestigious co-educational grammar school in Kingston is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee site safety, maintenance and facilities operations. You will lead a small site team and ensure the school is compliant, secure and well-presented at all times. Responsibilities Managing maintenance schedules, contractors and site development plans Acting as Fire & Health & Safety lead across the premises Overseeing security, locking/unlocking routines and building inspections Ensuring classrooms, grounds and facilities meet high presentation standards The School Academic performance is outstanding, and the leadership team places great emphasis on safe, professional facilities. You will have autonomy, resources and strong senior leadership support.
