What We’re Looking For - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). - Recent or relevant experience teaching Year 1 or KS1. - Strong understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and assessment expectations. - Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills. - Reflective, adaptable, and collaborative approach to teaching. - Commitment to inclusion, high standards, and ongoing professional development.
